Total fitness is what you can expect in our Cardio Kickboxing class. Professional kick-boxing instructors will lead you through this high energy class that incorporates striking skills on the heavy bags, Core strength building exercises and a creative circuit conditioning that will tone each and every muscle in your body and never leave you bored!

Maximum Core

Our Maximum Core Class is focused on defining, tightening and strengthening your entire core. You will work your abs, back, butt and thighs. Maximum Core will engage you in ‘big bang’ exercises, using all your muscles at once, to isolation exercises, zeroing in on specific muscles. Your instructor will lead you through a fun and effective class, keeping you energized and motivated. In Maximum Core Class come ready for a burn!

TRX Body Tone
Our TRX Body Tone class is a unique full body, core engaging workout, designed for any level of fitness. We will take you through a full range of exercises using your own body weight on your own TRX system.

TRX Body Tone will improve your balance, core strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and energy levels. Upper body, lower body and everything in between will be strengthened and toned.

Receive instruction from a fully qualified fitness professional, who will lead you through a fun, safe and effective workout. The TRX is different from the regular gym workout; if you're ready to change up your workout or start one for the first time come see us!


TRX Bootcamp
This fun filled class comprises everything from the full body, core engaging TRX system, to Kickboxing, to Kettle bells and free weights.

You will be lead through a variety of exercises offering a great cross training environment, while improving your muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, core strength and balance.

TRX Bootcamp is designed for intermediate to advanced levels of fitness. If you want something new and energizing this is a class you should try!
