Our Kick boxing program offers an intense physical workout.
We’ll teach you how to fight with effective striking skills using jabs, crosses, knees, elbows and a variety of kicks combined in a self-defense system. You will learn to use your mind and body to exploit an opponents opening making you a dangerous Kick boxer. It’s possible with commitment and a good training schedule to gain your black belt with in a few years. Of course kickboxing can be done just for the fun of it.

Advanced Kickboxing
Mon & Wed 5:00 pm. - Child
Tue & Thur 5:00 pm. - Youth
Tue & Thur 7:00 pm. - Adult
2 week Kick-boxing trial. $50.00
Friday Open Class: for all Kickboxing & Defendo Students.
Children - 4:30 pm. – 5:30 pm.
Youth & Adults - 4:30 - 6:00 pm.
