COVID Phase 3 Classes

We are now operating under the COVID phase 3 guidelines. Please follow the “Show Me” link above to purchase a drop-in class or inquire in person at the front desk for our monthly tuition options.

Group classes will continue on the following limited schedule. This schedule is subject to change as conditions evolve.  If you are interested in accelerated training and/or belt promotions, please inquire about our private and semi private classes. We value your continued feedback to help us provide you with the best service available.

Monday:  “Systema & Close Quarter Graps, Strikes, Ground & Weapons”

Children (Ages 9 to 14): 5 pm to 5:45pm, Youth & Adults (Ages 15 & up):  6 pm to 7 pm

Wednesday: “Full Spectrum Strikes & Conditioning”

Children (Ages 9 to 14): 5 pm to 5:45pm, Youth & Adults (Ages 15 & up):  6 pm to 7 pm

  1. Classes are restricted to new gym capacity and class size guidelines. Please book your spot online. All waiting rooms are closed.
  2. It is highly recommended that participants shower before and after training to contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  3. Arrive on time, but not too early. Please show up no earlier than 10 minutes before class.
  4. Note to Members and Staff; If you are not feeling 100% – please STAY HOME.
  5. Please come prepared to train as changerooms are off limits. If you require special consideration regarding changerooms please contact the front desk in advance.
  6. Traffic flow is restricted to one way to ensure no congestion. You will enter the building for class through the front on Essendene and If there is a class scheduled after your class ends you will exit out the back door on Montrose.
  7. Before you start class please wash or sanitize your hands.
  8. Hand-sanitizer stations are located on the training floors, when washing your hands in the washrooms, please follow the prescribed Instructions posted in the washrooms.
  9. Please place your gear in designated spots as directed by staff.
  10. Each participant will be assigned a designated space 2 meters apart with their own heavy bag, please remain in your area throughout the class.
  11. There will be no hand target work, Partner work or coach contact during these times.
  12. At the end of class, all participants are required to use the provided disinfectants to wipe down equipment used during class.
  13. Larger than normal gaps between classes will ensure that Staffs have time to do additional cleaning between classes.


  1. Practice personal responsibility and attend National Training Centre at your own risk. By choosing to attend a class even with the increased safety measures, you acknowledge and accept the additional risks associated with the global health pandemic Covid-19.
  2. If you have recently traveled outside the province, please abide by the current Fraser Health Guidelines before returning to the gym.
  3. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive, please abide by the Fraser Health Guidelines before returning to the gym.
  4. These procedures are also posted on our Website. Please familiarize yourself with these “New Guidelines” to help us serve you better and do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions or concerns.

    Gabrielle is 13 but she has done the teen and in the summer adult program. Should I be signing her up for the younger or older. Classes at this point?
    Looking forward to getting her back.
